2. Place the powdered zircon ore into the gravity separator and add heavy media.

3. Heavy media will produce density difference, which will separate zircon and heavy impurities under gravity.

4. By adjusting parameters such as the density of the heavy medium and water flow rate of the gravity separator, effective removal of heavy impurities in zircon can be achieved.

It should be noted that the gravity separation method can only remove heavy impurities from zircon, and cannot be effective for light impurities.
