3、 Working Principle of Mirror Iron Ore Magnetic Separation Machine

The material is vibrated by a vibrating motor, and the magnetic roller is dragged by a speed regulating motor. By adjusting the speed through a speed regulating meter, the output and concentrate grade of the magnetic separator can be controlled. Mineral particles enter the upper magnetic roller for sorting through the conveyor belt. Due to the magnetic properties of brown iron mineral particles, they are immediately adsorbed by a strong magnetic field on the magnetic roller. The gangue particles do not have magnetism, and the magnetic roller does not absorb strong magnetism. As the magnetic roller rotates, the mineral particles are sucked into the magnetic roller. The gangue particles are in the front position of the magnetic roller, and the mineral particles continue to be carried by the magnetic roller to the demagnetization zone and automatically enter the finished concentrate.
