High intensity magnetic separator

High magnetic separator, also known as high magnetic separator, is the key equipment for mine beneficiation and magnetic separation recovery of mine tailings. High magnetic separator is the preferred and updated product of Limonite water separation.

Scope of application of high intensity magnetic separator: Limonite, Hematite, and weak magnetic minerals can also be selected. This product has the characteristics of advanced technology, reasonable design, compact results, novelty and practicality, low energy consumption, and high efficiency. Equipped with relevant equipment, large-scale continuous mechanized production lines can be formed through single machine or multi machine combinations. Magnetic field strength (13000– 16000GS).

The permanent magnetization intensity of the strong magnetic separator equipment is high, and the interaction force is deep. At the same time, it relies on the use of water to form a sound physical efficiency. Reasonably separate weak magnetic minerals from non magnetic raw materials, thereby improving the quality and precision of iron ore. During the entire screening process, there is a close correlation between the water level line of the screening chamber and the rotational speed ratio of the magnetic drum.

The strong magnetic separator is composed of various free sound card racks, feed silos, ore discharge plates, weak magnetic rollers, strong magnetic rollers, ore storage buckets, and spiral ore discharge pipelines.
